I’m a wedding photographer based in Virginia, and I care a lot more about how your day felt than how perfectly it followed a plan.

My approach is pretty simple. I show up calm, pay attention, and let things happen. I’m not there to manufacture moments or turn your wedding into a photoshoot. I’ll give direction when it’s helpful, step back when it’s not, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole way through.

I’m drawn to the in-between stuff. The moments that aren’t scheduled. The laughter at the reception. The quiet breath before walking down the aisle. The way your people show up for you when they think no one’s watching. That’s where the good stuff lives.

Weddings are emotional, loud, chaotic, joyful, and imperfect. Sometimes all at once. I’m comfortable in that space. I don’t need things to be flawless to make meaningful images. I just need them to be real.
